“The Ministry of Labor does not confirm (disproves) the information that the rules of dismissal, which are reported by a number of media, have changed since February 1,” the ministry said.

As the ministry specified, the employer gives all the information in the form of STD-R to employees who have chosen the electronic format of the work book, upon their request and not only upon dismissal.

It is noted that the order on the form STD-R is still under state registration with the Ministry of Justice.

Earlier, the media reported on the alleged entry into force in Russia of new rules of the Ministry of Labor regarding the procedure for dismissal, according to which employees are required to issue a document on employment in the form of STD-R in case of resignation.
