The government has decided to move the enforcement date, which had been 7th of next month, one day ahead of the date of a Cabinet Order to make the new type of pneumonia caused by coronavirus a "designated infectious disease" based on the law. This will enable you to take measures, such as mandatory hospital stays, as required by law if an infection is confirmed in Japan.
