Earlier, the Justice Ministry published a new edition of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which proposes to increase the fine for speeding.
The updated code also proposes a 20-fold increase in the amount of the fine for the destruction of rare animals, plants and mushrooms listed in the Red Book.
