The Foreign Minister also asked whether there was anyone left in Ukraine who could distribute to the representatives of the political establishment “at least some primary benefits on the history of the Great Patriotic War, World War II”.
According to Zakharova, Kravchuk’s statements are “just beyond the limits”.
She also recalled that Kravchuk later said that “he is not aware of any documents confirming his earlier statement.”

Earlier, Kravchuk, on the air of the “60 Minutes” program on the Russia 1 TV channel, stated that Hitler and Stalin met in Lviv before the outbreak of World War II and allegedly tried to come to an agreement.
