On Wednesday, shortly after 8 p.m., a 15-year-old teenager was very seriously injured during a brawl in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, in the Grange aux Belles district, police learned from 20 Minutes . He was stabbed in the thigh and transported to hospital in an absolute emergency after having suffered a cardiac arrest shortly after the arrival of the firefighters.
By hearing the witnesses, the police from the 10th arrondissement police station managed to establish a precise description of the main suspect: a teenager from the neighborhood, known to the police, and barely 14 years old. Earlier in the day, he was stopped by the police for trafficking in watches. Even more worrying, witnesses claim to have seen him brandishing a firearm in the middle of the fight.
The suspect is spotted in the neighborhood but manages to escape before the police arrive. Analysis of video surveillance cameras, however, reveals an Opinel type knife with a 30 cm blade and a revolver hidden in a bush. The investigation was entrusted to the 2nd district of the Paris judicial police.
