A person in a leading position at an accommodation at an HVB home in Western Sweden was threateningly behaving toward a girl who was placed on the property. In the movie that SVT News West now publishes, the male staff is seen as he both mocks the girl and screams at her.

According to the manager of the accommodation, with whom SVT Nyheter Väst spoke, an incident that is supposed to have happened recently is being investigated.

- We have a thing that we are doing on the property. An incident between a staff and a youth, says the head of the HVB home.

In the movie, which is one minute and 38 seconds long, the male staff is seen spitting three times at the girl. He screams at the same time: “I'll teach you what's right and wrong. Try if you dare "and" Don't mess with me ".

The girl screams back: "Give me my phone" and "I take".

When we reach the girl, she is no longer at the HVB home. According to her, she has lived in the home for a while and there has been no trouble before. It was when she was denied her cigarettes that the noise escalated.

- I said I would wreak havoc on the accommodation if I couldn't smoke. Then he screamed that he would hit me like I had never been beaten before, and took a larynx on me, she says.

It is only after the alleged larynx and abuse threat that the girl starts to sneakily film what happens with her mobile phone. The entire process should have lasted about three minutes, according to her.

- You should not hit anyone who lives on the property. I didn't know he would react that way. He wanted me to strike back and called myself a coward when I didn't.

SVT News West has been in contact with the girl's custodian, who both reacted strongly after the incident. The girl's mother is very shocked and sad about what happened.

- I called the police when I heard what happened and they thought it was really awful, says the mother to SVT News West.

The head of the HVB home is very upset about what happened and asks to come back in the case.

- I don't want to answer that, because it's under investigation.

SVT has sought the man in question, who did not respond to repeated contact attempts. The accommodation has also been given the opportunity to respond to the girl's accusations of violence and the content of the film.
