The first priests and relatives said goodbye to him at the grave, then the parishioners and believers. Several hundred people came to the funeral service.
The priest died at the 52nd year of his life on Sunday, January 26.
In 2009-2015, he was chairman of the synodal department for relations between the Church and society of the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church.
