The man, who is the brother of one of the men sentenced to life in prison for the acclaimed Hells Angels murder in Karlstad in the fall of 2017, has threatened to break the prosecutor who led the murder investigation. The 33-year-old has also demanded the prosecutor for a larger sum of money. These crimes occurred in 2019.
In addition to threats against an official, abuse in court proceedings and attempted extortion, the man is convicted of assault and sexual assault.
The man is sentenced to forensic psychiatric care with special discharge examination.
