The Council included the Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Reshetnikov, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, Minister of Justice Konstantin Chuychenko.
Also, according to the document, former Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, former Minister of Justice Alexander Konovalov, former Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Mutko and presidential aide Maxim Oreshkin are excluded from the Council.
Previously, Putin approved the composition of the Presidium of the State Council of Russia.
