A 26-year-old OL supporter was arrested earlier this week in Décines, a city in the Lyon suburbs where he lives. The individual, who belongs to the group of "radical supporters of the Virage Sud", according to the police, is suspected of having tagged several swastikas.

The facts date back to May 27, 2019. Inscriptions, made overnight, were discovered on street furniture but also on the windows of several bus shelters as well as on the front of a cafe.

The suspect was confused by his DNA. Traces were actually found on the spot, specify the investigators. Placed in police custody, the supporter acknowledged the facts but tried to minimize them by declaring that he "acted under the influence of alcohol". He will be summoned to court on November 26.
