"The Prime Minister approved the distribution of responsibilities between the First Deputy Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers, Deputy Prime Minister - the head of the government apparatus and Deputy Prime Minister - plenipotentiary of the president in the Far Eastern Federal District," the statement said.

So, First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov coordinates the achievement of national development goals and the implementation of national projects, as well as oversees financial, credit and monetary policies, regulation of the financial markets, and investment policies.

Belousov also oversees foreign trade, tariffs and anti-sanctions, natural monopolies and antitrust policies.

The head of the government apparatus, Dmitry Grigorenko, oversees the development of the budget and other bills, tax policy and public debt management.

Grigorenko also coordinates trade policy, alcohol trafficking and the labeling system.
