On January 23, 2020, the Chelyabinsk Regional Court examined the appeal filed by the ex-wife of the regional ombudsman Anton Sharpilov, Maria. The woman requested the return of her four-year-old son Yermolai and two-year-old daughter Pelageya, who, by the decision of the district court, live with their father. A woman previously told RT that during the trip to the Crimea she left children with her ex-husband, and he tricked the court into completely giving his son and daughter. At the same time, Maria stated that Sharpilov did not allow her to see her children, and she was not informed of the trial. On January 14, the first appeal hearing was held, at which the parties provided additional evidence. And on January 23, the court ruled that the children would continue to live with their father, but increased the number of their meetings with their mother. In an interview with RT, Anton Sharpilov explained his position.

According to the Ombudsman, they stopped living with Maria back in February 2019. Children were a week at the father, a week at the mother. According to Anton, he already did not like the living conditions of his wife’s house.
“When I arrived, the apartment was dirty, there was no cooked food, and the refrigerator was empty. On the table, I have repeatedly noticed bottles of Herbalife protein cocktails. The children explained that their mother feeds them with this. This food is not intended for babies. I did not like this attitude to my son and daughter, ”Sharpilov said.
In May 2019, Mary filed for divorce. Anton, in turn, wrote a letter of trusteeship with a request to check the living conditions of his wife, after which he sent a lawsuit to the court to determine the place of residence of the children and the order of communication. A month later, in June, the Sharpilovs divorced.
As Maria herself told RT, almost immediately after the divorce, she had to go on a long business trip to the Crimea. With her, she was going to take children. However, her husband convinced her to leave her son and daughter with him. Sharpilov confirms the same version.
“The ex-wife wanted to take the children with her. I did not want this because I did not know where and in what conditions she would live there. He suggested that the children live with me. She agreed. She knew about the lawsuit to determine the place of residence of the children - before leaving she signed documents in the court book that she was duly notified of the meeting and does not object to the children living with me. Court
On July 3, 2019, the first meeting was held. But both former spouses were not present at it. Mary was in the Crimea. Anton got into an accident the day before and was in the hospital. The court postponed the consideration of the issue to the sixth of August. Sharpilova did not appear again at the second meeting and sent a letter to the court stating that she was on a business trip, does not object to the lawsuit, and agrees that the children should live with their father (RT has it) .
According to court materials, at the meeting the guardianship officers submitted an act of inspection of Mary’s housing and stated that the woman agreed to have children with her ex-spouse. The court ruled that the children will live with Sharpilov, and see their mother every second Sunday of the month and on holidays, until she lives in the region. In September, the decision entered into force.
“All this time from the moment of departure, Maria did not call, did not send SMS to find out how the children were doing. Only on the tenth of October, on the eve of her daughter’s birthday, called and asked if she could send gifts to the children. I was not opposed and said that she would not just send them, but also come herself: the children had not seen her for more than three months, ”says Sharpilov. - October 14, the daughter turned two years old. She did not come; she called only at nine in the evening. At the same time, I watched in social networks how she traveled and arranged her personal life. Now she has deleted everything, but I still have screenshots. For what money all this was - is still unknown. ”

According to the screenshots that Sharpilov provided to RT, during her business trip, Maria was in different cities of the Crimea, in Turkey, in Kemerovo and in Moscow. In November, it became publicly known that Anton’s candidacy was agreed to the position of regional ombudsman. According to the man, it was then that his ex-wife suddenly decided to appeal the court order. Since the appeal deadlines had already passed, Sharpilova filed a lawsuit to restore the appeal deadlines.
“Mary did not appear again at the meeting. The court, in spite of its signatures of consent to the lawsuit, of sufficient information, nevertheless, restored the terms of appeal. In the appeal, the ex-spouse wrote that she was unhappy only with the order of communication, and not that the children live with me, ”said Anton.
The first meeting was scheduled for January 14, 2020. According to Sharpilov, it was then that his ex-wife began to bring journalists to all meetings with children, as well as send them to kindergarten during the "sleep hour" and interfere with his current wife at work in the school. In addition, Maria rewrote her complaint, demanding not only to increase the number of meetings with children, but also to determine their place of residence with her mother.
“It seems to me that someone is manipulating my ex-wife, because before I was appointed to the post of Ombudsman, she agreed with everything. And there hasn’t been such behavior for all the years of acquaintance and living together, ”Sharpilov believes. - All this time, I did not provide all the screenshots, photos and correspondence to the courts. The court made a decision on the basis of my testimony and agreement with the lawsuit of my ex-wife. But on January 14, I provided everything that I had. ”

In order to investigate all the evidence, the court postponed the decision until January 23, where it decided that the children would stay with the father, and the number of meetings the mother with her son and daughter would be increased, since now she has returned and lives in the region.
“All this time that Maria was absent, the children did not ask where Mom was. She has had departures before since she started personal growth courses in 2018. I was not opposed, but in vain. I regret it now. For example, in January 2019, I took children to the Christmas trees alone, while Maria was on a business trip in Moscow and posted photos from the ice rink, ”says Anton. - At the same time, I never told the children that my mother is bad or that I abandoned them. So even after six months of her absence, when she arrived, there was no rejection. They said: "Hello, Mom" and went to the site for a walk. "
In turn, Maria in an interview with RT said that she intends to appeal the court decision.
“In fact, it is not Anton who is engaged in raising children, but his mistress. So why should children be with a stranger when they have a mother? - Maria is perplexed. “But, I think this is not the end.” “I know that Anton consulted with a lawyer and intends to deprive me of my parental rights.”
Earlier, RT said that Maria and Anton met seven years ago, when both studied at the university in the second and fifth years, respectively. Two years after meeting they played a wedding. The spouses gave birth to a son, Yermolai and daughter Pelageya, now they are four and two years old. In January 2019, Maria, according to her, found out that her husband has a lover. After the divorce, Mary had to go on a business trip and take her children with her. Anton invited his ex-wife to go on a business trip alone, while the children would have lived with him so far. According to Maria, while she was in Crimea, her ex-husband filed a lawsuit to determine the place of residence of the children. Anton explained to his ex-wife that he supposedly needed this paper in order to calmly take them to kindergarten and medical facilities. According to Maria, when she returned from the Crimea, her husband did not allow her to see the children. Then Sharpilova filed a lawsuit in the Chelyabinsk Regional Court.
