"In January - December 2019, 2024.3 thousand crimes were registered, or 1.6% more than for the same period last year," the report said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted an increase in the number of registered crimes in 53 subjects of the country, while in 32 there is a decrease.
Earlier, Amber Territory, citing data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, reported 6.6 thousand solved crimes in Kaliningrad for 2019.
