“According to the investigation, Mikhail Sharov and Eduard Tsvetkov are suspected of receiving a bribe in the amount of 150 thousand rubles for illegal inaction in favor of a resident of the city of N. Novgorod,” follows from a press release.

The investigating authorities opened a criminal case on a bribe by a group of people.

In the near future, detainees will be charged and a preventive measure will be chosen.

Investigators were able to identify the illegal actions of these individuals in close cooperation with the FSB department in the region and the economic security and anti-corruption department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Earlier in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the head of the district was arrested on charges of receiving a large bribe.

In late November, URA.RU reported that the court sent under house arrest the ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Tyumen region, accused of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale.
