He stressed that employment opportunities grow steadily with the growth of the national economy, which is expected to witness positive growth this year due to several factors, most notably the "Expo Dubai" organization, and the improvement of trade relations between the United States and China, in addition to the approval of the "Brexit" agreement, Expecting the national economy to grow by between 2 and 2.5% this year, which depends mainly on the price of oil, especially as oil constitutes 30% of the country's national product.

He stressed that the UAE will not be negatively affected by the Brexit Agreement, given that the relations between the UAE and the various parties are very good. And that the main advantage in the UAE economy is its ability to respond and adapt to various variables, explaining that in the event of a drop in the price of oil, the UAE will resort to other measures, such as increasing productivity in other sectors to compensate for the decline.

Al-Mansouri pointed out that the summit, to be held in February, focuses on an important issue for the UAE, which is the issue of economic diversification, and how to increase the contribution of innovation to the country's national product.

He called for concerted efforts through various sectors, such as government, the private sector, academia and research institutions, to prepare the UAE for a new, more innovative contract.
