This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the executive secretary of the commission, Yevgeny Revenko.

He emphasized that Ignatiev “humiliated the honor and dignity of an officer who saves lives, offended the feelings of millions of people.”

Revenko noted that a person holding a senior post, "in principle, it is not permissible to behave this way, demonstrating swagger and lordly habits, but the governor turned this into a system."

Earlier, a source in the party’s leadership reported on the commission’s recommendation to expel Igantyev from United Russia.
