Actress Sandrine Kiberlain will chair the 45th edition of the Césars on February 28, the Academy of Cinema Arts and Techniques announced on Monday.

Accustomed to the César ceremony, Sandrine Kiberlain was named best female hope in 1996 for her role in "To have (or not)" by Laetitia Masson, and best actress in 2014 for "9 months firm" by Albert Dupontel.

"Indispensable actress of French cinema, Sandrine Kiberlain has been building a true love affair with the public since her debut on the big screen, coupled with recognition from her peers," the Academy said in a press release.

The ceremony on Friday, February 28, presented by Florence Foresti, is broadcast at 9 p.m. in clear and live on Canal +. The poster of the ceremony is dedicated to actress Anna Karina, who disappeared at the end of 2019.
