26% of respondents expect a salary of 100 to 200 thousand rubles. Earning less than 30 thousand rubles a month would suit 4% of respondents.
According to experts, on average in the country, Russians want to earn 92 thousand rubles a month.
Analysts note that the level of desired salaries varies by region. So, the survey participants from Moscow consider 104 thousand rubles a month to be the ideal salary, and in St. Petersburg - 102 thousand rubles.
At the same time, the inhabitants of Novosibirsk would like to receive a salary of 90 thousand rubles, in Rostov-on-Don the desired salary is 87 thousand rubles, and in Nizhny Novgorod - 70 thousand rubles.
The survey also revealed differences in desired salaries between men and women.
So, on average in the country, men would like to earn 103 thousand rubles, and women - 80 thousand rubles.
The survey was attended by 6.7 thousand respondents over 18 years of age from all regions of Russia.
Earlier it became known that 74% of Russians plan to change jobs in 2020. Most of them (53%) want to move to a new place, because they are not happy with their salaries.
