- Fundo must be profitable. Until the summer we will reduce by 4 people per month but how it should be is not decided. We are looking at everything right now: pensions and if people resign, they are not compensated, he says.

From the Metall trade union, it is confirmed that a process has been initiated but that it has not progressed so far.

- It feels like they have raised a number and hope it will suffice, says Robin Östlind, representative of Metall at Fundo.

He is also critical to having a longer process and believes that there are benefits to looking at everything at once.

- They have to think long-term and if you do it this way you might get rid of skills you might need later, he says.
