“President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky will be on a working visit to the Republic of Poland on January 26-27 to participate in commemorative events to be held in Auschwitz on the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp,” the statement said.

Earlier it was reported that Zelensky on January 30 will hold talks with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Kiev.

On January 23, Zelensky decided not to attend the World Holocaust Forum in Israel and gave his place to those "who survived this terrible tragedy."

In turn, the press service of the Yad Vashem memorial complex said that Zelensky’s refusal was bewildering.
