Anne Hidalgo's lists top the voting intentions in the first round of municipal elections in Paris, ahead of those of Rachida Dati (LR), according to an Odoxa-CGI poll published on Sunday. In this study carried out for Le Figaro , the outgoing socialist mayor, supported by the “Paris en commun” platform, collects 23% of the voting intentions, Rachida Dati 20%, Benjamin Griveaux 16%, David Belliard 14.5% and Cédric Villani 10%.

It is the second time in a week that a survey has given this order of arrival in the first round of the various lists. The lists led by Insoumise Danielle Simonnet collect only 4%, ahead of those of Gaspard Gantzer (2%) and Marcel Campion (0.5%).

Griveaux given 3rd whatever happens

In the second round, in the event of a merger of the Hidalgo and Belliard lists, and the maintenance of those of Griveaux and Villani, the “Paris en commun” lists collect 39% of the voting intentions, those of Dati 27 %, those of Griveaux 19% and 15% for those of Villani. If the declared voters of David Belliard in the first round wish for the majority (42%) that his lists merge with those of Anne Hidalgo between the two rounds, 38% wish that he maintain his lists, and 20% that he merge with d 'other lists. On the other hand, Cédric Villani's voters want him to maintain his lists (39%) for the second round, while a quarter of them (24%) prefer that he merge with the lists of Benjamin Griveaux. 37% are asking for a merger with other lists.

Anne Hidalgo not acclaimed

The study also highlights that, if Anne Hidalgo comes out on top of the voting intentions, she suffers from disabilities: only 37% of those questioned said they wanted her re-election as head of the capital (67% did not want it) , and 42% say they are satisfied with their results (57% dissatisfied).

In addition, none of the five main candidates garnered a majority of good opinions: 40% for Anne Hidalgo and Cédric Villani, 32% for Rachida Dati, 26% for Benjamin Griveaux and 19% for David Belliard. But it is Rachida Dati who collects the most bad opinions (61%), ahead of Anne Hidalgo (55%), Benjamin Griveaux (51%), Cédric Villani (40%) and David Belliard (19%).
