Novak Djokovic, defending champion, clearly dominated the Argentinian Diego Schwartzman, 14th in the world, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4, Sunday at the Australian Open and thus joined the quarterfinals where he will face the Canadian Milos Raonic (35th).

"Diego is a very good player. I knew I shouldn't leave him a time and I wanted to get him into the net from time to time," said the Serbian, world No.2.

He himself has not lost a set since the 3rd of his first round match against German Jan-Lennard Struff (37th).

And he reached the quarterfinals of a Grand Slam tournament for the 46th time, the 11th in Melbourne where he aims to bring his title record to 8 this year.

Facing Raonic, "it will be very different," warned Djokovic.

"He is one of the most physical players on the circuit: I have to be ready to return the missiles that will hit me," commented the world N.2.

"One of the keys will be my ability to return his services, and another will be my ability to calmly win my own faceoffs," detailed the best raiser on the circuit, highlighting the progress made on his own service since the offseason.
