A modern Syrian youth topped the Turkish street after he helped save a Turkish woman and her husband bravely from under the rubble following the violent earthquake in the eastern Turkish province of Alazig Friday.

A video clip spread on the social networking sites of the Turkish lady Dordana Aiden in the hospital, and she recounted the heroism shown by the Syrian young man Mahmoud Al-Othman to save her and her husband from the rubble of their house in the Sorsuru neighborhood in Alazig, without paying attention to the wounds sustained in his hands.

Dordaneh continued her speech in the video: "I will not forget that young man as long as I am alive, and I will search for him wherever he is after my discharge from the hospital ... Mahmoud is a civilian youth, not from rescue crews ... Nevertheless, he managed to get me out from under the rubble with his fingers torn from the pits ".

After the video spread on social platforms, the hashtag: #Suriyeli_Mahmut (Mahmoud_Suriy), topped the trend on Twitter in Turkey, where participants described the hashtag Mahmoud as a "hero, savior and brave", and other attributes depicting his action.
