Try everything for everything. The rebellious France reiterated this Saturday its call "to all opposition groups" to file a motion of censure against the government during the pension reform.
The president of the LFI group in the Assembly had already made this proposal on January 14 to socialist and communist groups. They had declined, considering the initiative premature, while the text must be examined by the deputies from February 17. LFI returned to the charge, in a proposal "made to all the opposition groups", since "it is the whole Assembly whose work is called into question by the method of the government".
"The opinion of the Council of State is clear on this subject given the constitutional insecurity of the text of the law and the gaps it displays. But this is also the case with the thousand pages of the biased impact study that has been filed, "said LFI in a press release.

Friday, the Council of State estimated not to have had time to “guarantee at best the legal security” of the pension reform, the institution also deploring the “incomplete financial projections” of the government and a recourse to the orders which “ makes you lose all visibility ”.
"The Assembly must recall by censorship the pre-eminence of the rights of Parliament in the democratic constitutional order, insists the rebellious France. It must not allow an authoritarian drift in which its role is flouted in the production of law to pass without saying a word. This is the case due to an insincere and manipulative presentation of the bill and the untenable deadlines for amendments which are set. "
To be able to be tabled, a censure motion must gather 58 signatures among the 577 deputies. LFI, which has 17, must therefore rally the other left groups.
