The Russian Federal Security Service has detained a resident of Crimea, who equipped explosives with caches on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services, the agency’s press service reports.
As noted, in the caches arranged by him in Simferopol, nine electric detonators, three fuses, delayed fuses and a blasting explosive with a total mass of more than 5 kg were seized.
