According to him, there are two lists, the first of which was agreed in Minsk and concerns the exchange with the uncontrolled territories of Donbass.
“And a separate track - we have already started a conversation with the Russian Federation on the exchange of Ukrainians - everyone, including the Crimean Tatars, other Ukrainians who are in Russia,” his press service quoted Zelensky as saying.
Earlier, he said that thanks to the beginning of his dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kiev managed to return prisoners and ships.
On December 29, an exchange of prisoners took place between Ukraine and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics.
