According to the human rights activist, Issakhar saw a news story about the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Israel, during which he met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and her mother.

“I still do not believe that they will set me free. I packed my things for the stage yesterday, and now I’m waiting, ”she told RT.

According to Issakhar, most of all at large, she wants to drink coffee with her mother and hug her sister, who recently had a birthday. What the Israeli will do after her release does not yet know.

“Perhaps I will work as a translator from Russian,” the girl jokes.

The human rights activist notes that she had no complaints about the condition of detention.

It is noted that there are no official documents on pardon in the pre-trial detention center.

Earlier it was reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin met with the mother of Naama Issahar, an Israeli woman convicted in Russia. Commenting on the situation with the girl, the Russian leader said that "everything will be fine."

When asked by TASS whether these words of Putin meant an intention to pardon Issakhar, spokesman Dmitry Peskov replied: "This means exactly what the president said."

In December 2019, the Moscow regional court upheld the sentence of Issakhar, who received 7.5 years in a general regime colony.

In April 2019, the girl was detained with 9.6 grams of hashish in the transit zone of Sheremetyevo Airport, where she made a transplant on the way from Delhi to Tel Aviv.
