“Alexander is in the Hotel Dieu hospital in Paris, as my French colleague told me at a time when the Greek authorities were hiding and appearing to be unaware,” Vinnika’s lawyer Zoe Constantopoulou wrote on Facebook.
She noted that the authorities did not allow him to see the defender.
“They have not yet allowed her to see him and will try to interrogate him tonight, exhausted, without communication and information! I have already sent a request to postpone the hearing until tomorrow, ”said Konstantopulu.
Earlier, Vinnik’s lawyer Timofei Musatov told RT that his client was taken from a Greek hospital and taken to the airport.
At the same time, it was previously reported that the highest administrative court in Greece - the Council of State - rejected the complaint of Vinnik's lawyers regarding the decision to extradite him to France and the United States.
