A man has been arrested after trying to steal a quad bike in Borlänge during Thursday afternoon. Another person tried to stop him but was threatened with an affection. The police have therefore classified it as an attempt to armed robbery.
The offender immediately ran away from the scene and during the afternoon the police have engaged several patrols to search for him. Some hour later, a man could be arrested on suspicion of the crime.
The police are now interrogating and a house search has been carried out in several places.
