The Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, said yesterday that the kingdom is open to talks, if Iran retracts the idea of ​​supporting its regional agenda by using violence.

He added that it is good that the region has avoided the risks of escalation with Iran.

The head of the Iranian President’s office, Hassan Rouhani, Muhammad Wazi, said that Iran's relations with Saudi Arabia should not become the same as those with America, and Wazi added that Iran and Saudi Arabia should work together to solve problems.

The Iranian News Agency quoted Wathi as confirming that withdrawing from the nuclear agreement is one of the options for Tehran.

He added, "It was discussed that some people might refer Iran to the Security Council (of the United Nations), if this happens, then we will take more severe decisions, such as withdrawing from the nuclear agreement." And he added that Rouhani hinted this possibility in the past in a message to European powers.

This comes at a time when President Rouhani said yesterday that Iran will never seek nuclear weapons in or without the nuclear deal, calling on European powers to avoid the mistake Washington made in violating the nuclear agreement concluded between Tehran and the major powers in 2015.

Rouhani added, according to his website: "With or without the agreement, we will never seek to acquire a nuclear weapon, the European powers will be responsible for the consequences of violating the agreement."

Rouhani stressed that Iran will never seek nuclear weapons in or without the nuclear agreement.
