“According to the investigation, from December 19, 2017 to February 6, 2018, the manager of the PFR branch in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, by prior agreement with his deputy, received a bribe in the amount of 13 million rubles through an intermediary,” the statement said.

It is clarified that for these funds, officials had to ensure the victory of a commercial company in an open auction and conclude a state contract with it worth more than 130 million rubles for the purchase of non-residential premises for the placement of the pension fund department of the Leninsky district of the city.

At the moment, the transaction is declared invalid by the court.

It is noted that the suspect is interrogated, but does not admit his guilt.

All circumstances of the incident are established, the investigation of the case under part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“The receipt by the official of a bribe committed on an especially large scale”) continues.
