January 22, 2020 There are those who speak of a "complex and complex proposal" - on which, however, "some insights" must be made - and those who speak of "profiles of unconstitutionality". The issue of statute of limitations remains an open construction site, but the appeal that comes to the majority forces from the Prime Minister is clear: "We continue to discuss but do not divide." Italia Viva - during the summit last night at Palazzo Chigi - has in fact continued to express strong doubts and perplexities on the Bonafede-branded reform. The latter - urged by reporters - reiterated: "For me and for the five-star MoVimento it remains a priority to guarantee the certainty of the sentence and that
there are no pockets of impunity ". The Democratic Party - in this context - has tried once again to mediate and invited all the representatives of the majority parties to avoid further tears when in the Montecitorio Hall, discussions will begin on the Costa PDL which aims to stop the prescription reform.

The President of the ANM, Luca Poniz, spoke about the debate going on in these hours between the political forces, a guest of Radio too. He spoke about the Conte award, which distinguishes between the acquittal sentence and the sentence for the calculation of the prescription, speaks of '' a very wise proposal that is not unconstitutional ''. The distinction '' lies in the principle of equality '', added Poniz, and the controversy on the point '' is pretentious ''.

"The idea of planning process times is utopian, totally out of reality," Poniz says, speaking of the proposals put forward by the Guardasigilli Alfonso Bonafede at the majority summit last night at Palazzo Chigi. "It is difficult to pronounce in front of texts that have been read and studied in depth: the extravagant thing - observed the President of the ANM - is that the discussions have fallen from above, I don't hear about numbers, data, quantitative analyzes of the phenomenon ".

To citizens, he added, "it must be said that in Italy there are half the magistrates compared to the European average, while the workload is double: we have in Italy - he recalled - 11 magistrates per 100 thousand inhabitants, while in Europe there are 22 each 100 thousand inhabitants ". As for the workload, "this refers to the hypertrophy of a criminal system on which no one gets a hand. Thousands of criminal cases make the system ungovernable," concluded the leader of the togas union.
