Earlier, Pompeo had a telephone conversation with Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei.
It was noted that during the conversation, the US Secretary of State "confirmed the firm commitment of the United States in supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Belarus, and also emphasized the strengthening of bilateral relations between the countries."
