“Now the hunger strike of the leaders of the Independent Miners' Union of Ukraine continues in the building of the Lviv Regional State Administration,” Volynets wrote.
Along with this, he announced an unlimited protest and the blocking of the international road Lviv-Rava-Russkaya on January 23. A corresponding demonstration will be held if the miners of the state-owned enterprise do not pay off wage arrears.
In November 2019, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky announced the repayment of debts on the salaries of miners in full.
