People can help me formulate these problems competently legally ... or at least just convey this problem to those who can already formulate, ”he added.

On January 20, Russian leader Vladimir Putin introduced a draft amendment to the Constitution for consideration by the State Duma.

The State Duma will consider the corresponding draft at a meeting on Thursday, January 23.

According to the Kremlin, the presidential representatives in the consideration of the bill will be the co-chairs of the constitutional commission - the chairman of the Duma committee on state building and legislation, Pavel Krasheninnikov, senator Andrei Klishas and director of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the government Taliya Khabrieva.
