“The Sukhoi Superjet 100, flying from Krasnodar to Nizhny Novgorod, made an emergency landing in Rostov-on-Don at 17:27,” RIA Novosti quoted a representative of the region’s emergency services.
It is noted that the landing was made after the fuel consumption sensor was triggered.
On board the aircraft were 93 people, including five crew members. As a result of the incident, there were no casualties; the landing was successful.
Earlier, the SSJ-100 plane of the Irkutsk airline Iraero made an emergency landing on a strip under construction at Domodedovo Airport.
