"We are called to draw up a roadmap with clear contours, binding on the parties, aimed at stabilizing the truce, at stopping the supply of arms to the parties," said Tebboune, claiming that he had worked "intensely to stabilize the cease fire". Algeria shares almost a thousand kilometers of border with Libya.
