A man, originally from Villefranche-sur-Saône, north of Rhône, and aged about forty years must be presented this Tuesday to the parquet of Lyon for a probable indictment for "break and enter".

The individual, currently imprisoned for other acts at the Villefranche / Saône remand center, will be removed from his cell. The facts of which he is accused date back to last spring. Investigators suspect him of having robbed the ICC training center, chamber of commerce and industry on April 10 and thus having stolen 5 video projectors, installed in three separate classrooms.

Traces of his DNA were found on the cables of the stolen equipment. The suspect is well known to the police since he is not a first-time user. According to the Sûreté du Rhône, he already has 135 mentions in his criminal record.
