The authority clarified that the food control report stated that the administrative closure decision came as a result of the establishment's failure to implement the food health and safety standards and requirements and not maintaining the health level of the facility, which may affect the level of food safety and consumer health, indicating that the closure order was preceded by directing a number of violations against this facility Over the past year 2019.

The authority confirmed that the administrative closure order will continue as long as its causes exist, as activity can be allowed to start again after correcting the conditions of the facility and meeting all the necessary requirements, and removing them for the reasons of violations, indicating that the most prominent violations that were monitored in the facility were the failure of the establishment official to comply with the requirements by offering ready foods For presentation and high risk in inappropriate folders, and the presence of personal items in the food and non-food store, indicating that 4 violations were committed against the facility in October and December of last year and January.
