The court heard the statements of the woman who confirmed that the defendant defrauded her and forged a passport to marry her, noting that the defendant deceived her and told her that he is an Emirati citizen to accept him, and they contracted their marriage in her country, and when she wanted to document the contract, it became clear that the accused was not an Emirati, indicating that he had joined her Great psychological and social damage, after he was able to be alone with her and entered it, demanding that she divorce him.

The court confronted the husband with the charges attributed to him, so he confessed to forging the passport, marrying her, and denying entry to her, indicating that he did not expect to discover his order, pointing out that he agreed with the complainant to marry a customary contract.
