Zakharova commented on Pompeo’s statement on Libya

“It was with these words that we called for the opportunity to solve the problems of Iraq, Kosovo, the Arab Spring, Syria and many other world crises,” Zakharova wrote on Facebook.

She emphasized that these calls "were addressed, as a rule, to Washington."

Pompeo said earlier that the time had come for the Libyans to decide for themselves what their future would be.
