He is a middle-aged Italian who is known for his violent nature.

The attack occurred on board the 25235 train, which left Como at 9:49 am and headed for Rho (Milan). Around 10.15, near Seregno, the conductor underwent an assault with punches so violent that she was hospitalized in Desio where 10 days of prognosis were recognized, with the prescription of the need for a collar.

The attack on the train conductor took place in the indifference of the passengers. No one would have intervened to defend her for what was reported by the Fit Cisl of Como.

According to reports from the union during the trip, the conductor would have noticed a middle-aged man lying on the seats of the convoy occupying several. She approached to ask the passenger to take a more appropriate position. Faced with the request, the man refused to change his attitude. Only then did the train conductor ask to see his ticket, discovering that he did not have one, so he ordered him to get off at the next stop, that of Seregno. At that point the attack would begin behind the train conductor, near the carriage doors while the train was braking for a stop at the Seregno station. The young woman was also hit on a side. As soon as the train stopped, the attacker fled.
