The international conference on the Libyan settlement will be held in Berlin on January 19 with the participation of Haftar, Sarraj, Russian leader Vladimir Putin, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, representatives of Britain, France, China, the UAE, Turkey, Congo, Italy, Egypt, Algeria, as well as a number of international organizations .
