“In the case of extradition to France, Alexandra expects absolutely nothing, since there is simply no criminal prosecution in France. If he will be extradited to the USA in the future, then, in accordance with the charges against him, he faces up to 55 years in prison, and this is actually a life sentence, ”he said.
At the same time, the lawyer indicated that if Vinnik was extradited to Russia, the Russian side would investigate the alleged crimes of which he was suspected. At the same time, according to the lawyer, Russia is ready to create joint investigation teams to investigate the actions of his client.
