A second restaurant in Terreaux

In this temple of street food, everything is homemade, including the dough of wheat pancakes prepared on site for quesadillas or tacos. And the majority of the products used for the various recipes, made at the Ampère or Terreaux restaurant (opened more recently), come from producers in the region. "For vegetables, we get our supplies from a local market gardener," says David. For meat, Two Amigos offers Charolais beef, Bourbonnais lamb and pork, Label Rouge, comes from a small agricultural cooperative adhering to the Bravo l'Auvergne charter.
