The strike against pension reform has been going on for 44 days now. Since the start of the conflict, SNCF has been particularly impacted, particularly in terms of TER traffic. And the Hauts-de-France are not spared, far from it. But, at least for this weekend, traffic forecasts have improved significantly.

From TER on 100 on the first day of the strike, we had passed, these last days, an average of five to six trains out of ten. In a press release, published this Friday evening, the SNCF announces “almost normal” circulation of regional trains in the Hauts-de-France on Saturday and Sunday.

Intersectors still impacted

For international lines and TGVs, the improvement had already been notable for several days. The carrier therefore announces "normal traffic" for Ouigo, Eurostar and on the North axis for the day on Saturday with nevertheless small disruptions on the Thalys on Sunday, however, all trains should run normally.

Only the intersectors still suffer from a reduced rate, reduced to three out of four trains over the next two days.
