They file the complaint against Theo Hernández for alleged sexual assault
In June 2017, footballer Theo Hernández (22) was denounced for sexual assault by the Spanish-Russian model Luisa Kremleva (24), known for her participation in Women and Men and vice versa .
According to the young woman, currently a Milan player and then recently signed by Real Madird, he tried to overcome her in the parking lots of the Olivia Valère club in Marbella, an accusation that Hernández denied at all times. The model accused Lucas Hernández's brother of forcing her "to continue maintaining the complete sexual relations that both had freely begun in the back of his car."
A few days later the complaint was filed because, according to the lawyer of the athlete, "had no basis." A few months later the case was dismissed.
The last judicial step of the case occurred on Thursday, when Kremleva has been arrested for simulating crime, as published by Diario Sur. Apparently, for days the model could not be located to be handed the accusation personally, so the Court of Instruction number 3 of Marbella ordered its search and detention.
Finally the National Police found Kremleva on Monday, who was arrested and taken to the judge on duty to be transmitted the charges against her.
