The case was instituted under clause 3 of article 30, clause “a”, part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (attempted murder of two persons).
According to investigators, the shooting was started by a 45-year-old man who came to court with a gun.
“At the entrance to the court he was stopped by a bailiff, to whom a man shot in the stomach. The witness of the incident pressed the panic button. At this time, the attacker went into the office, where he fired at a 43-year-old woman who was in court as a witness in the case under consideration, ”the source said.
The man was detained by bailiffs and employees of the Russian Guard.
