In one hand you hold 150 grams of sliced cheese, where the packaging is made of 11 grams of plastic. In the other hand, you keep a cheese of 700 grams, the packaging consists of 6 grams of plastic, per kilo of cheese it means eleven times more plastic.

Climate winner : Studies show that we often throw away some of the bigger cheese. It is enough that we throw two slices of the big cheese in order to make the climate impression as big as we do with the extra plastic on the smaller cheese. The smaller cheese with more plastic is thus climate winner if you eat everything up.

Climate winner: Minced meat on a tube has been launched as an attempt to reduce the amount of plastic in the packaging. But when Helén Williams examined them, she saw that there was some minced meat left in the packaging and the 5 grams that remained gave a greater environmental impact than the extra material for the trough. So here is the sluggish climate winner because it is easier to get all minced meat.
