An Arab employee tried to dispose of a bag containing narcotic drugs by throwing it on his girlfriend (another defendant) in front of the police, but a policeman watched him, arrested him, and he was referred to the Dubai Public Prosecution, who charged him with facilitating drug abuse for a female.

A witness from Dubai Police said that he was at the head of his work on a patrol affiliated to the Jebel Ali Police Station. A report was received from the operations room about the presence of drug abuse in a hotel near Ibn Battuta Mall. The incident, and the woman told him that "the accused was with her and another woman smoking cigarettes, and I saw him present her friend a cigarette containing narcotic drugs, and immediately after that she passed out on her friend, so she asked him to help her transfer her to the hospital, but he ignored her."

The policeman added that he saw a second woman walking out of one of the elevators, and it turned out that she was with the accused in his room, so she was arrested, while the accused spotted the hotel's parking lots, and he was arrested, and he had two bags, so he was taken to his room to be searched, with the woman who was with him, and there He threw a bag on his girlfriend, and the policeman picked her up, and searched her, found a white substance similar to the narcotic crystal, and another bag containing 12 anesthetic tablets.

The Public Prosecution referred the three women to the misdemeanor court on charges of abuse of psychotropic substances, while the accused was referred to the criminal court on charges of facilitating the abuse of a female.

On the other hand, the second accused denied taking drugs, noting that she was in her hotel room with her friend, and she saw the accused give the latter a wrapped cigarette, and by opening it it was found that it contained white material, so she suspected her, but he assured her that it was an ordinary cigarette, and she scolded him for his behavior, what he called for He left the room, and after an hour her friend started vomiting, she called him to help her take her to the hospital, but he ignored her, and she reported in the investigations that the accused burned a white substance that was inside a tin roll, and she inhaled the resulting smoke unintentionally.
